If you decide your stairlift isn’t right for you within 7 days of delivery, you can return it for a full refund — no restocking fee, no hassle.
What’s required:
- Stairlift must be in new condition(No visible damage or excessive wear; includes all accessories, manuals, and components)
- Must be returned in the original packaging. Returns received without original packaging will incur a 10% fee to cover repackaging costs.
- Return must be shipped out by Day 8 (transit time does not count)
- Return Shipping is the buyer’s responsibility (Optional prepaid return label available upon request for a fee)
Returns from Day 8 to Day 30

You may return your stairlift between Day 8 and Day 30 from the date of delivery.
What’s required:
- A 15% restocking fee applies
- Unit must be in new condition
- Original packaging is required. Returns received without original packaging will incur a 10% fee to cover repackaging costs.
